3. No Refunds: As all sales are final, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you have any questions or need assistance before making a purchase, please contact our customer support team for guidance.

4. Exchange Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team if you have any concerns or questions about a product before placing your order.

5. Order Issues: If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. While we do not offer refunds, we will do our best to address and resolve any issues related to your purchase.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
